 Job Description: Hiring For Executive Assistant To EVP in Ajanta Pharma Ltd!

Assisting Executive Vice President (EVP) – Operations.

Getting and compiling Weekly and Monthly reports.

Co-ordination with Internal team and stake holders for various follow-ups.

Maintaining confidential documents.

Scheduling and Managing EVPs calendar, travel plans and appointing.

Representing EVP as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and presentation skills
