Officer-QA(Vendor Management)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Coordinating with purchase and QC department for evaluation of new vendors.
2. Requesting vendor to arrange preaudit questionnaires and prerequisite free test sample for initial analysis.
3. Preparing and updating approved vendor list on yearly basis.
4. Preparing vendor audit schedule plan and updating on yearly basis.
5. Preparing vendor evaluation and preapproval documents.
6. Ensuring consistent supply of good quality products.
7. Preparing audit agenda for planning vendor audit and same send to vendors.
8. Preparing audit report and vendor observations to send for compliance level.
9. Ensuring to get compliance from vendor by preparing audit report.
10. Supporting specific initiatives focused on quality, process and compliance improvement via audit report.
11. Doing effective communication, consultation, support and negotiation to vendor.
12. Reviewing and monitoring compliance level policies, guidelines and procedures for vendor evaluation.
13. Monitoring status of corrective and preventative actions to ensure the issues are adequately addressed, completed and appropriately documented.
14. Preparing and maintaining quality index of approved vendors

Officer-QA(IPQA &Training)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Planning  a schedule training , Annual training plan and follow up from the concerned department for training need identification.
2. Ensuring Issuance and controlling of all SOP, BMR/BPR, Logbook/Format, etc.
3. Maintaining calculation for the dispensing of active raw material.
4. Coordinating with production department for carrying out necessary activities for line clearance after a product changeover in all area.
5. Supervising In-process check during Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, cream manufacturing, cream filling, and Primary Packing & Secondary packing area.
6. Ensuring sampling of bulk, semi-finished and finished.
7. Maintaining collection of control sample, Micro and stability sample.
8. Checking of all Calibration Records and Logbook of all Instruments.
9. Maintaining calibration of IPQC Instrument.
10. Participating in internal audits to ensure quality in other departments like Production, Warehouse, Engineering & QC and so on.
11. Ensuring that production operation is carried out in accordance with GMP.

Officer-QC

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Doing management of lab chemicals, reference standards, impurities, etc.
2. Making calibration of laboratory instrument
3. Doing sampling and analysis of water, RM & PM.
4. Preparing Reagent and Volumetric Solutions
5. Calibrating and handling of Karl Fisher, Autotitrator, Dissolution, UV-Visible, FTIR, Viscometer and Polarimeter
6. Preparing specification and STP
7. Doing analysis of In-Process and finish product

Executive -Engineer(Process Area)

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1) Installing and Maintaining, trouble shooting of all Process equipment of OSD.
2) Maintaining Installation, Validation, calibration of type of equipment&rsquos used in Company
3) Ensuring estimation and implementation, effective utilization of resources,
4) Writing reports and GDP documentation Analyzing and interpreting data
5) Collaborating with a team of engineers from Production/Quality / Supplier & Engineering to provide required assistance.
6) Ensuring smooth functioning of Tablet Mfg. & packing equipment's
7) Having knowledge on SAP, Track wise, GDP, GEP etc.
8) Maintaining awareness of PLC/SCADA trouble shooting, qualification/validation as per requirements.
9) Having good knowledge of DCS, PLC, HMI and SCADA specification, control system architecture.
10) Having good knowledge of panel wiring drawings, hardware and software FAT protocol, IQ, OQ.
