HIRING SPECS - NON NEGOTIABLE

Designation-ADM (Agency Development Manager) 

1. Age- upto 40 years.

2. Graduate - 10+2+3 Mandatory(No Deviation).

3. Currently Working candidates are Mandatory. Also he/she should be stable in curent company for 6 months and above.

4. 6+ years of FIELD SALES experience. Any Industries can be tapped(Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate).

5. Mandatory 2 years of agent recruitment / distributor/ DSA/ dealership experience.

6. CTC - Maximum 5lacs + Variable + Medical Benefits. The hiring process will be the same as before -

1. Screening Candidates

2. Online Test

3. 1st Round of Interview with OH(Face to Face discussion only)

4. 2nd Round of Interview with RM(Face to Face discussion only)
