Position: Manager – Project Management

Job Description :-

Project Selection and Benefits Realization

Planning Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Procurements

Activity Planning and Sequencing; Developing Project Schedule and Budget

Risk Management of Project

Monitoring and Presentation on Progress of Project

Team Leadership Development

Designing Strategy and Planning of US and EU Deficiencies

Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with

senior management and stakeholders.

Liaising with other functions; like Formulation and Development, Quality, Supply Chain

Management, Packaging Development etc. to ensure smooth progress of the project.

Keep track of the project milestones and deliverables. Provide routine project status to project

team and top management MS-Project).

Identify and resolve the issues and conflicts within the project team.

Preparation of monthly project progress report for top management council.

Responsible for project communications through power point presentations and minutes for

meetings.

Review of the US-FDAs Complete Response Letter or Information Requests and to identify the

detailed requirements in order to timely respond the deficiency.

Brainstorming the various strategies with other stakeholders to respond US FDA’s deficiencies

on ANDAs, amendments or supplements thereof.

Train the young regulatory aspirants to perform the day to day regulatory Monitoring and Presentation on Progress of Project.

Liaising with other functions; like Quality, Supply, Chain Management, Packaging

Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Formulation Development etc. to ensure smooth

progress of the project.

Keep track of the project milestones and deliverables. Provide routine project status to

project team and top management MS-Project).

Identify and resolve the issues and conflicts within the team.

Preparation of monthly project progress report for top management council.

Interview are going on first round will be telephonic / Video call.
